The kitchen is designed in the neatest way

orange, the kitchen includes a breakfast counter with stools, large gas cooker
and oven (gas included in bill), super size fridge, water cooler (water included
in bill), coffee machine, microwave, toaster, chocolate fondue and ALL cooking
& eating utensils you ever need. All you need to do is bring your food! Not
exactly! As a first month courtesy, the fridge will be fully stocked with food
you could use. The kitchen has beautiful porch on its own filled pots and
flowers so you rewind outside while your cooking with your
friends.
A spiral staircase leads to the massive terrace
that has what I feel be an amazing panorama view of Dubai, looking out all the
way to Burj Dubai and Burj Al Arab, to Mall of Emirates, the beautiful community
of Barsha to the Dubai Marina. It’s really fortunate that it’s so quite in this
central part of
Every
bedroom has its own its own unique character and fully furnished and designed to
the max. Every room is en suite with king sized beds, dressing tables and
mirror, dressing rooms or wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, sofas and
armchairs, shelves, electronic safes and lushly decorated with matching
comforters, curtains, frames and decors. All you need to do in move your
clothes! Every bathroom is fully decorated and equipped right down to laundry
bags, shower curtains and even soap dishes. All matching, of course. Maid
service will clean your room once a week.
Roman
This is the second biggest room in The Castle. It’s
also a one bedroom plus hall, and decorated in classic Roman and Athenian style.
The hall has grand armchairs, carpets and a study desk. The bathroom is grand
and has a 2 meter bathtub. It also has a huge private dressing
room.
Armani
Armani is called so because it’s done in modern CEO
style, lush with black leather sofas and grand leather bed. It has access to the
nature designed balcony and a private dressing room.
Serenity
Serenity is done in morden style with peaceful and
calm colors. Its has a low wide beds and intricate designs. It also has access
to the nature designed balcony, for some serene moments. It also has a private
dressing room.
Hollywood
Woodlands
Woodlands is done completely in contemporary wooden
style in handmade bamboo furnitures, to create that nature woody feel. It also
has a big woody bathroom.
I
believe the furnishing were done the best as possible, as I have spent hundreds
of thousands of Dirhams and me and my team of interior designers spent two
sleepless months looking for the best designs and best match possible. I’m glad
it turned out great in the end, to be

Minimum stay is one year. Payment is

Monthly (12 months cheques
in advance)

Yearly (one year cheque
upfront) with 10% discount (hence if you take a loan or your company pays one
cheque you will save)
Deposits will be one month cheque (cashed) in case
of damage, and one month cheque (not cashed) in case of early contract
termination. All deposits are refundable entirely at your own
right.
